Additionally, we need a single serial number picture from one of the modules being installed onsite. For O&M purposes a single SN helps us track down the lot of modules with the manufacturer, should there be a module level failure or recall.

P6) Existing site damage (if applicable) that may be a workmanship liability.

Any pre-existing damage or conditions such roof damage, altered satellite dishes, gutters, or other pre- existing damage that may be a workmanship liability in the project work area. Documentation helps protect installers from workmanship claims

Roof / Mounting System

Racking Systems with or without Flashing: provide photos showing properly installed flashing to manufacturer specs, along with sealant application

R2) Rail w/Micro inverters + EGC installed + Wire Management *

Provide pullback of e/mounting plane where all attachments, rail, micro inverters are installed, w/completed wire management

R3) Complete Array(s) w/ Rail Trimmed *

Modules must be visible W/low pitch roofs, or very tall homes, take photos of e/ array from the roof, accounting for every panel Rail must be trimmed 1 Pic for e/array

R4) Under Array Wires should not touch roof. 1 Pic per array *

R5) Tilt taken on the module itself, not on roof surface.1 Pic/unique roof pitch. *

R6) Rooftop Junction Box *
